Shape the Advisory Service: Lead the external evolution of our Advisory Service, positioning it as the premier go-to source for practical, senior insight for boards and executives across the UK.
Champion of Quality: Maintain an unwavering obsession with quality by ensuring our advisory offering provides the sophisticated, high-touch service senior leaders expect from Practicus.
Sector Fluency: Operate as a peer to C-Suite executives across diverse industries - from Financial Services and Healthcare to Renewables and the Not-for-Profit sector - offering insight that challenges their thinking.
Relationship Catalyst & Collaborative Growth
The Strategic Catalyst: Use advisory conversations as the engine for deeper client partnerships, identifying client pain points and opportunities that translate into high-value assignments for our interim and search delivery teams.
CEP Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with Client Engagement Partners to open doors with new and existing clients, turning strategic dialogue into tangible commercial outcomes.
